After a terrible hail storm tore through our vinyl siding, we contacted Mr. Ernest Lopez and he walked us through the process of replacing our siding and gutters, from creating color harmony between the siding, the trim and the shutters to insulating the home with a protective barrier. This is an amazing company, under the supervision of their Project Manager, Mr. Oswald Hernández, my home’s exterior was covered in James Hardie siding. This project was completed a little over a year ago, and I have since been exceptionally impressed with their customer service and attention to detail. I have enthusiastically recommended them to family and friends, including neighbors who stopped by and asked about our great looking siding. Any issues and or concerns were always addressed by Mr. Hernandez within 1 to 2 business days with personal courtesy and professionalism.

In November of 2024 we hired GS Exterior experts to replace siding facia and soffits. They did an amazing job. We had a couple exterior doors being replaced (by another company) and John agreed to send someone out to re-trim the new doors after they were installed. It took 8 moths for the new door install to wrap up. John was true to his word and sent out a trim guy to finish trimming the new doors even though the contract had been settled.for many months. Our 40 year old house looks new. We are very pleased with the James Hardie product.
John and his team are amazing. Very professional and easy to work with. No high pressure sales pitch from this company. As for the install process, I can’t say enough good things about Jamie, the install crew manager. He took care of everything. He and the crew were true craftsman.
Having the house reskinned was a big decision for us. GS Exterior experts made the process smooth and painless. Highly recommend this company.
