Many multi-family siding projects take four to twelve weeks, although the schedule depends on the number of buildings, access, material availability, repairs, and weather. We create detailed schedules to minimize tenant disruption.
Tenants usually do not need to move out during a siding replacement. We phase work by building or elevation and maintain safe access, although unusual structural or safety conditions may require additional coordination.
