Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer (EPDM) Commercial Roofing Systems

A vulcanized synthetic rubber membrane is the most widely used low-slope roofing system worldwide. Because it is fully cured at the factory, it has no shelf life, and its properties stay stable over time, which also makes field repairs straightforward.

  • Thickness: 45 or 60 mil standard; reinforced sheets from .045" to .075"
  • Reinforced option: internal scrim encased in the membrane, for roofs with maintenance traffic or rooftop equipment
  • Fleece-back option: built-in underlayment, allowing installation directly over an existing roof
  • Colors: black or white
  • Warranty: typically 10 to 30 years, depending on thickness and system spec

Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) Roofing Systems

A single-ply reflective membrane, installed fully adhered or mechanically attached, with the white surface left exposed for the life of the roof. Resists mold, dirt pickup, tears, and punctures while flexing with building movement.

Smooth TPO: The standard specification for new construction and re-roofing. Strong seam welds, good puncture resistance, and reliable long-term weathering at a lower cost point.

Extreme TPO: Formulated for better resistance to heat aging and UV degradation, with warranty terms available up to 35 years, depending on thickness and system specification. A highly reflective, emissive white surface can help reduce cooling costs and counter the urban heat island effect.
